是次單位主要以Solid White和Coffee Brown為主，再搭配雲石花紋，設計在視覺上給人温暖的感覺，同時又有輕奢華的感覺。
This project is mainly made of Solid White and Coffee Brown with a marble pattern, the design gives a warm feeling visually and a light luxury at the same time.
棕色條紙則從視覺上把客廳和廚房區分開。在用色上，魚骨型地板以及電視櫃皆使用了Coffee Brown，從視覺上將地板延伸至牆面。
The brown striped paper visually separates the living room from the kitchen area. In terms of color, Coffee Brown was used for the fishbone flooring and the TV cabinet, visually extending the flooring to the wall.
客廳牆身加入簡單花線，令整體感覺古典中帶時尚。再加上金屬系吊燈在飯桌上作點綴，進一步突顯環境的高貴和氣勢。另外，走廊的入口正好在在客廳的中心，以此界定了客廳的縱軸線。
Simple mouldings are added to the living room walls, giving the overall feeling of classical yet stylish. The metallic chandelier on the dining table further emphasizes the elegance and power of the environment. In addition, the entrance of the corridor is exactly in the center of the living room, thus defining the vertical axis of the living room.
廚房的條紙和客廳條紙互相呼應，並從視覺上把客廳過度至廚房。
The strip of paper in the kitchen and living room echo each other which visually transfer the living room to the kitchen.
廚房大面積使用雲石花紋，從而將石頭本身的張力呈現出來。同時，亦借此與客廳的淨Solid White 牆身形成對比，從而區分出兩個空間。
The marble pattern is used extensively in the kitchen to bring out the tension of the stone itself. At the same time, it contrasts with the solid white wall in the living room, thus separating the two spaces.
雲石設計配合金屬元素，讓雲石透出約隱約現的奢華感，不過於隆重又有淡淡高貴氣質。
The marbled design with metal elements shows the marble through a vague sense of luxury. It is not too grand but also has a slight noble temperament.
當屋主推門進入主人房的時候，第一眼便會被牆身的植物畫作所吸引，畫作主要以灰調為主，於是牆面也大面積使用Fog Grey顏色，畫作的顏色延伸至整個房間，使整個房間也蔓延着藝術氣息。
Imagine when pushing the door into the master bedroom, the homeowner could be attracted by the botanical paintings on the wall at first sight.
The paintings are mainly in gray tones, which matches the Fog Grey color on the walls. The color of the painting tries to extend to the whole room and makes the whole room spread with an artistic atmosphere.
設計師利用更衣室以及書房的分隔牆面作為放置電視的的牆面，合理並且有效地利用每一個空間。
The designer used the separating wall of the dressing room and study room for putting the TV, using each space wisely and effectively.
大面積的灰白編織花紋瓷磚牆面成為洗手間的亮點，其用色上切合整個洗手間，令其在視覺上有更統一的效果。
The gray and white woven tile wall is the eye-catching point of the washroom, and its coloring fits the entire washroom, which makes the whole washroom a more uniform visual effect.
盥洗台使用的Coffee Brown條紙，將客廳的用色設計延伸至洗手間。而搭配的金屬點綴則與廚房的金屬手柄互相呼應，同時亦小面積地使用了雲石花紋作為牆面，洗手間嘗試整合全屋設計元素，並將之重新展現出來。
The Coffee Brown paper stripes used in the washstand extend the color scheme from the living room to the washroom. The metal accents echo the metal handles in the kitchen, and the marble pattern is used on a small area as the wall surface. The washroom tried to integrate the design elements of the whole house and re-present them.
兩間小孩房在設計上相似，主要在色彩運用上有所不同，設計師以經典的粉紅以及粉藍色區分出囡房和仔房。另外，在床的選擇上，囡房選用了傳統的床鋪，仔房則選用了玩味性較重的床架，務求令兩個房間的使用感受有所不同。
The two children's rooms are similar in design, but differ in the use of color. The designers used classic pink and pink-blue to distinguish the girl's room from the boy's room.
In the choice of beds, the girl's room uses a traditional bed, while the boy's room uses a more playful bed frame, hoping to provide different feelings between the two rooms.
