A project created during the Covid-19, design team and the client has never met in person, via WeChat communication and sending samples via SF Express has made the client want to cut on  redundant construction works.

Given this condition, being inspired by the ease of matching existing wood floorings/ existing doors that the new condo Mantin Heights have to offer, the design has embraced the surrounding environment and developed on what it has already been built. 

Now the living space is much more exciting to live in than before when sparks of light luxury penetrate through wall ornamental lines combining with dreamy grey marble stone and timeless wood strips perfectly matched together at the right proportion.

這次在皓畋的項目有一個新挑戰，因為Covid-19 的關係，業主和我們都希望安全為上，減少直接接觸，以網路溝通和速遞物料樣版，討論一切的概念、設計、工程情況和進度。

業主也希望讓工程時間縮短，設計團隊討論後，決定保留建商原有的淺木地板和木門，再配合這些元素作設計。

精心挑選的水晶吊燈、牆身的花線和木條子，搭配霧灰感雲石，完美的比例強調了空間的平衡感，也讓整體視覺效果更和諧。
