The design team is always passion to make the ideal design into the real world. We always try our best to make the final result be similar to our design map. However, there are times that the final result will be different due to the limitation such as time and client’s thoughts.

In our original design, the terrace in sea view was supposed to highlighted from the wood and unique shape of chairs. We hope the house owner could enjoy the sun and breeze pairing with the fine wine and the delightful view. However it finally did not come true.

We always have to consider the facts. However, it will never to a bad idea to principle the creativity. Imagination may bring you surprise that you never expect.

設計團隊一向著迷於將夢想中的設計變成真實的過程，每次都仔細繪出施工圖紙，真實成品一般都非常貼近設計圖。可是很多時候，設計初稿與成品都會因種種原因（如時間的限制、客戶的想法等）而有所出入，這次的露台設計就可惜未能成事。

這個海景露台的原設計概念以户外木和獨特的弧形座椅，加強對大海景的highlight，讓屋主在家裡也能輕鬆地享受户外的陽光與海風。想像在這個露台放鬆心情、小酌一杯或欣賞海景，盡情享受戶外空間！

這個未能實現的露台設計，可說是今次項目的遺珠，但絕不是遺憾。

在設計過程中，顧及現實上的限制在所難免。但客戶和設計師不妨以創作行先，保持天馬行空的想像力，作品才會有與別不同的驚喜！
